Outlining the initial research for a client about a Point of Sale (POS) software which integrates with an ecommerce website. The solutions needs to allow for retail in-store sales to be synced with the online ecommerce website and vice versa. In other words when a sale is made on the website or at their retail store that this transaction gets updated in the database and synchronised for both in-store and the online ecommerce website.
