Using Trello with Client Projects

Create two videos, one for an overview of Trello and the second to showcase the starting point of setting up Trello with a cleint project and how it could work.

Set up client / organisation > Create boards, eg website modifications > then the follwoing lists which can then have individal cards added to them (cards are like an individual items within the list)

I think the following format will work well both ways for the “design team” and client in regards to transparency and the general overall progression of the project.

• Date needed completed by
• Need to send to BJ2DESIGN
• Working on – current status of job
• Design review
• Additional requests
• Done
