A good reference point on how to add accessibility information to HTML elements using the Accessible Rich Internet Applications specification [WAI-ARIA-1.1], which defines a way to make Web content and Web applications more accessible to people with disabilities.
Not everyones cup of tea but a good bookmark for reference especially if you are not going to be using some of the newer HTML5 elements in your mark up.
